The property was excellent. The room was large, spotless, and featured a big balcony with a roof, perfect for any weather. The bathroom was equally well kept, with a shower and bidet. A shout‑out to the owner, whose kindness and attentiveness made the stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The location is strategic and quiet: just a few steps from the historic centre and Palazzo Te, letting you explore Mantua entirely on foot. The free parking nearby was also convenient (in my case, just 4 minutes away). Highly recommended!

The owner’s total availability and friendliness, the quiet yet close location to the centre, were key to a great stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a great air‑conditioning system that saved us from the heat these days. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.
