“Hotel lovely- town not one we would return to”
Ellie who greeted us was lovely and informative. Cleaning team were clearly good The room is pretty, a good size with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast- a croissant, some bread and orange juice and coffee was fresh. The town itself we would not visit again- did not feel overly comfortable late at night- difficult to find a decent evening meal and so we drove to a golf club restaurant 15 mins away. None of this is the fault of the hotel but parking was a little walk away- castle car park and when we went to drive to the restaurant and returned it is where the local kids play football against the cars!

Everything very clean and service excellent, bed very comfortable also. The common area was not very clear to me and breakfast did not suit me.
“Felicidad y tranquilidad absoluta”
A mix‑up on the arrival day made me show up a day early, yet they welcomed me with all the love in the world, helped with the check‑in that day and gave me the same room which luckily was free, so we extended our stay another day. What was a mistake turned into a wonderful plan for us. The place is ideal, very central, and the common area has everything—fridges, washing machine, stove to prepare your food and utensils for that, air fryer, etc. The staff are all‑loving as if we were family, many thanks and we’ll be back soon, many hugs and kisses for everyone. A downside: I was missing an umbrella on the terrace.
Location ideal, staff perfect, comfortable, accommodating, cant fault it at all, would be more than glad to revisit, lovely town and very restful, also dog was allowed so for us ideal. Water wasnt very hot.

The location in the historic center of Cuevas, near the castle. The comfort and cleanliness of the room. The facilities they give you thanks to the shared kitchen where you can store your own food, plus there is always water, coffee and tea! The terraces and the pool very pleasant. I cannot say anything that I did not like.
