I remember the place was cleaner five years ago, but right now it’s just dirty.

“Was there just to sleep and didn’t get much sleep”

Very noisy—someone played drums all night and the bathroom fan made a strange noise all night. It was already hard to sleep with the uncomfortable bed and bad pillows, and the fans kept me up most of the night. The beds, pillows, and noise were all problematic.

“They canceled my stay.”

They cancelled my reservation, and that’s all I can say.

“Not the best visit. The property has gone down.”

Close to our destination. Our stay was very different. We have stayed here 2 years in a row for games. Our door was broken, couch was very dirty, food was ok the floors. I had to wash our clothes and pillows due to hair and dirt

“A living nightmare.”

The master bathroom toilet was clogged with dirty water and we had to fix it ourselves around midnight after buying supplies. The front desk said maintenance was on vacation and no one could help. The plunger they handed us looked like it came from Dollar Tree. The next morning the microwave was broken; maintenance fixed the toilet we’d already repaired and then left, saying they'd return on Monday. The new microwave was worse—scorched inside and non‑functional. Maintenance promised to come back but never did. On the bright side, the coffee was good for an average drinker and the lobby decor was nice and presentable.
