“Sensacional”
I love it! The room was super comfortable and very clean. The bedding smelled nice and was soft. I have no complaints.

The buffet was generous and the pub was pretty cool. My daughter got sick, and there was no infirmary or any medication or medical care available. They offered to take her to a hospital outside the city. Pharmacies don’t deliver after a certain hour. The outdoor pools could use heating as well.

The room was spacious and had special child‑friendly features like optional bed rails and baby‑carriage availability, but it lacked a retractable clothes‑line in the bathroom/shower area for wet pool gear and a more powerful hair dryer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the heated pool and jacuzzi were great, and the mini farm with animals and beach‑tennis courts added fun. The guy who runs bingo and the “show do milhão” was hilarious and energetic, and the Michael Jackson show was also good. The recreation team could have been livelier; my daughter didn’t enjoy it much. The snacks near the pools were bland—always the same: esfihas, quiche—so I’d like higher quality all‑inclusive fare. Electronic toys should be included without extra cost, and I missed more water slides for the kids.
