“Excellent peaceful retreat for a couple of days. Good to combine with Palma.”

The setting, the ancient converted building, and the ability to dine outside were great. The only downside was that it’s a bit awkward to reach because of its remote mountain location.

“Lovely place but not a great location”

A beautiful place with great staff and a pool. It’s miles away from anywhere, so you have to rent a car. There’s no gym even though it’s listed, and there’s nothing to do except sit by the pool… the rooms are very dark.

Everything else was fine, but the dinner at the restaurant was a let‑down: they forgot our main courses, we waited an hour, and no apology was offered. We had to get up and ask for our food because no staff were at our table.

The setting and surroundings are absolutely stunning – a very calm place perfect for relaxing and unplugging, with striking stone architecture, high‑quality breakfast and restaurant, and an overall serene, exotic atmosphere. Cleanliness could be better: dust behind bedside tables, hair in the bathtub on arrival, marks on mirrors, worn and dirty bathtub joints, ceiling humidity stains in the bathroom, two power sockets didn’t work, the room’s access card was dead on arrival, there was an unpleasant damp smell, and the air‑conditioning was noisy and felt more like a fan. The access information should also be explained more clearly beforehand.
