“Wohlfühlen in angenehmer Atmosphäre”
I went with an old friend for a few days to ride motorcycles in the Pfälzer Wald. We chose to book an apartment at the Gehring Guesthouse and were extremely satisfied afterward. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, cozy and well‑maintained, so you feel at home immediately. On the private terrace you can unwind after a day of moped riding and enjoy the quiet and atmosphere with one (or more) glasses of the outstanding wine from the Gehrig vineyard; a tasting was even offered at check‑in by the chef. The optional breakfast is plentiful and lovingly presented. The price is reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would book here again right away. All in all, a clear recommendation. 👍👍👍
A nice, spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast and tasty wine, but the room faced a road with a fair amount of traffic.

The room was very large, with a comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom. We were warmly received by the host, a winemaker, who immediately offered us some of his wines to taste. In the bathroom, the shower head was positioned too far from the wall and faucet, so you had to stand right next to them; I reported this to the owner.

It was uniquely awesome, but the kitchenette was separate from the rest of the room.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was huge with a great shower. The location is in a small village surrounded by vineyards, and upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of local wine. I was lucky to chat with the owner, who shared everything about his wines and even joined us for a glass. The warm welcome from both him and the female co‑owner was a real bonus. This is already our third stay on the way to the South.
