The place did not meet my expectations, unfortunately, even though Mr. Maher and Zahra were trying to satisfy us all the time and address the problems we faced.

The location is excellent for snorkeling, but the rooms are very poor, the food is extremely bad, and all good dishes come with extra charges even when we bought an all-inclusive package, and the staff are very unprofessional.
