“As a whole a great stay. If water & coffee were available all day it would have gotten a 10.”

The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the front desk was friendly, and the breakfast was amazing! However, there was no coffee or water after breakfast service. We are on a two‑week road trip and have stayed in ten different hotels of various price points; this stay was by far the most expensive, yet it was the only place where these beverages were not available after breakfast. For the steep pricing it seems pretty cheap.

The TV worked and was okay, but the water pressure was extremely poor. The bed was not very comfortable, and paying for parking really sucks.

The fitness center was mostly unusable, with many machines broken and the TV not working, but everything else was fine.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and the room was clean. The pool looked dirty and cloudy to the point that we didn’t use it. Three out of four exercise machines didn’t work.
