“Ganske fint”
It would have helped to have more information on how to get to the rooftop, and the sewage pipe insulation was an issue.

The location was good, but the shop was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Spezieller Bau, schöne Bar, schönes Restaurant. Die Bepflanzung ist genial. Schade, dass das Angebot im Restaurant so gering ist. Laut knarrende Toilettentür

The historic building and the experience of staying somewhere so different were amazing, and the view was incredible. However, the large units lack flexibility for early check‑in and check‑out (even if paid for), and the breakfast price (26 € in advance and 29 € on the spot) is excessive.

The view was nice, although the windows could use a cleaning. The beds and pillows were good, and everything was clean. The hotel entrance was hard to find, and the path to the elevators and the elevators themselves could be better marked. There was almost no information at check‑in. The Wi‑Fi password was nowhere in the room, and there was no hotel information booklet. The brief check‑in briefing was poor. The water bottle in the room was empty; you could refill it for free at the restaurant, but the dispenser on the third floor was broken. The restaurant had very specific opening hours. The TV often didn’t work at night. The sink was clogged. The sink was in the room, which we didn’t like. The floor was very cool; we would have appreciated “slippers.” We’re still waiting for the hotel bill by email. I’ve stayed in about 20 hotels in Hamburg; this is the first I would absolutely not recommend.
