I had a wonderful stay at House on Plein in Paarl. The guesthouse is perfectly located in the heart of town, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and safe parking

Everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the ablution facility on the bottom floor was too small, not very user‑friendly, and definitely needs an upgrade.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to give us an extra bed and keys, but the overall comfort was just the bare minimum.

The welcome was perfect, yet the room was not cleaned properly; other guests' caps and clothes were still in the room. It was very pricey, breakfast was not included, the room was nice and spacious but very cold, and we had to use a bathroom that everyone used, so there was no privacy at all.
