“A Mixed Experience with a Few Unsettling Moments”
I was initially pleased with the hotel's location, which was close to Malioboro but far enough to avoid the noise. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. We found an unknown creature in our room, but the staff offered to switch us to a different room, which was a relief.
“A Disappointing Experience That Falls Short of Expectations”
Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to like about this hotel. The price was not justified, as there was no elevator, no windows, and no store. The staff was unfriendly, and we were asked to pay a deposit and provide our ID, which was held by the hotel. The water supply on the third floor was also inadequate, and there was no glass in the shower. Given that the hotel claims to be a three-star establishment, I'm not sure if it meets the standard.

To make matters worse, the staff didn't speak English, but we managed with a translator.
