Excellent service from Joana, we loved the stay; the room had a beautiful view of both volcanoes, the breakfast was wonderful, and it was close to everything—center, costanera, restaurants, parks, squares, and more in this marvelous city!

The attention was good, but it was difficult to get a response via WhatsApp or phone call.

The location was superb, the place very cozy, nice, and comfortable; breakfast was incredible and it was very easy to get there. I missed having a TV and other amenities that are not part of the accommodation, but perhaps some information for guests could be provided. In the adjacent room a very noisy person talked loudly, dragged his suitcase, and moved furniture with a lot of force.

The place was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very attentive, breakfasts were excellent, and housekeeping service was all good. The wooden house made footstep noise louder than expected.
