The cleanliness, the staff’s availability and promptness in fixing a problem—especially Mrs. Jennifer—were excellent; parking was available; the rooms were well sound‑proofed and spacious with great beds and good towels, but the breakfast was rather limited to traditional English flavours.

The room was clean and comfortable, I slept soundly on a huge bed, the staff did everything possible and were all very welcoming, and it was great value for money, with no negatives.

The breakfast was good, and I must thank Ruby for her help when I made a mistake with my booking; Ruby was very helpful and understanding, the facilities were excellent, and I would recommend it—there was nothing to complain about.

A quiet room with a comfy bed and a nice breakfast served in a pleasant dining area made my stay great, and everything else was fine.

The modern hotel was easy to locate and park at, and the room size was good, but the breakfast fell short of expectations—people just ducked and dove for what they could, and kids screamed while you tried to eat, which shouldn't be allowed when the restaurant is busy.
