The only thing I liked was the hotel’s location. The front‑desk staff were very rude, unpolite and unprofessional. The rooms sat on the 3rd floor and the lift was often out of service. I had booked three rooms for two days, checked in around 1 or 2 pm, but I arrived almost 1 am and asked for a late check‑out of at least one room for an hour; they were so rude. With no working lift I had to carry all my bags down and checked out by 8 am because they wouldn’t grant a late check‑out. They also demanded a 1500 Rs refundable security deposit, a new policy I hadn’t seen at other hotels.
