We were greeted warmly by Yuri at check‑in, and Rosangela and Rih were equally polite throughout the day, making our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, Melissa caused some issues: on the first day we forgot to leave the key for cleaning and there was no toilet paper, so my wife had to go out to buy it; she said it could only be restocked the next day. On Sunday I left the key at reception for my wife and daughter, but the same person wasn’t there, so they waited 25 minutes while guests came and went with no control, all while she was distracted and on her phone.

The staff were courteous and attentive, the location is great near bars and supermarkets, the rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable, and the breakfast is good value.

“Não recomendo esse lugar.”

The room was very dark; the bed was comfortable, yet the duvets were dirty. We were greeted by a very young receptionist who was far from friendly, while the lady serving breakfast was kind and courteous, as was another receptionist who stayed past 9:00 and was also pleasant. Management refused to refund a night even though I had a serious car problem and left before the reservation’s checkout time, showing no empathy at all. Don’t expect any goodwill from the owners – there’s no heart there. The breakfast was extremely sparse, so I can’t recommend this place and we will never return. I hope the breakfast lady, the only bright spot, finds a better job. I warned them a day earlier about the issue and left three hours early on the first stay; we were the only guests left, so we couldn’t have interfered with a refund.

“Estadia tranquila e bem válida pelo custo benefício!”

The breakfast had good variety, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and being close to the square and the centre is a luxury; the parking spot is a plus. The service and hospitality were good. There was a game room with many options, and for the price we liked the stay. The lid of the toilet was broken and stained with old urine, but nothing serious. The room could have had a clothes hanger; we had to leave clothes in our suitcase. The bathroom lacked a towel rack, a toilet paper holder, and the soap dish, so we had to put the soap on the floor of the box (I think the room is newly renovated). I want to make it clear that this was the room I stayed in and it doesn’t diminish the other rooms.

The room was big, the location was great, the staff were friendly, and parking was available, but we missed an air conditioner and the pillows could have been better.
