“Great location and good for 11 days stay.”

Staff everywhere were friendly and welcoming. The location fit our plans with family in different parts of town. Breakfast was good and typical for these types of hotels. Everything was well stocked. The hotel’s rooms and hallways show age. The TV was not working, but I managed to get it working by tightening several connections; it’s from around 2010. The shower worked but the faucet leaked and the door didn’t close all the way because it was crooked. The shower seal leaked at the bottom. On the bright side, the room was very clean.

The breakfast was nicely stocked, and the location was convenient for restaurants, a movie theater, and other Denver attractions. The staff communicated well, were friendly, and responded quickly to fix any issues when possible. However, the room wasn’t ready at check‑in, had two screens but only one remote, and the ice machine in the fridge’s freezer made a loud clunking noise that woke us up. The bathroom fan screeched loudly, and the sofa bed’s bathroom layout was impractical—I had to use the kitchen sink to wash my face. The sofa bed wasn’t set up with linens, so I had to do it myself; I should have asked the staff, who would likely have helped.

“Nice hotel”

Clean and easy to reach.

Nice little apartment and easy to reach, but the AC was loud because we had a portable unit once.

“Clean, comfortable and great stay”

The rooms were well equipped, the staff warm, the beds comfortable, and the value great; breakfast was excellent. However, the elevator and exits were confusing, so I went to the wrong floor or exit a few times, my key card kept malfunctioning, and the toilet would run.
