“Muy cómoda”
The location and cleanliness were good, we parked at the Lidl 20 m away, but the building felt a bit old while the price‑quality ratio was perfect.

The staff were exceptional, helping me with bikes and sending me a forgotten item back within a few days; the facilities are good for the price and the staff pay attention to guests.

The bed was very good. The shower leaked water into the toilet and there was no way to drain it.

Reading some reviews, people literally get frustrated… If someone books a place that has “vintage” in the name and then complains that the décor is “old‑fashioned” and could be more modern, they probably didn’t read the description carefully! This isn’t an outdated property – it’s a beautiful return to the past and a huge pleasure! Being able to see for yourself how interiors used to look in Portugal is part of an amazing adventure. I was charmed by the traditional pink tiles, pink fixtures in the bathroom, the lovely real‑wood floor and the solid wooden bed. If the owner wanted to make a modern, soulless network room, they would, and that’s evident from the very entrance, which is completely modern. The room itself has everything: working air conditioning, a TV (maybe a bit smaller but perfectly fitting the vibe!) and, most importantly, it’s impeccably clean, very comfortable, and has its own bathroom. Everything is 100% as described! The location is similar – if the place is on a street, expect it might be louder. The hotel can’t just move or rebuild elsewhere just because it’s on a street! If someone wants absolute silence in the countryside, they can book another place instead of later complaining. For me, staying here was a wonderful experience and a true time travel. I highly recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the atmosphere, history, and authenticity.

I would highlight the mattress comfort. First, they advertise it as a suite, yet the room had dampness, the TV was more like a pension, no mirror or wardrobe, just a coat rack. The bathroom was awful, lacking light, an old lamp that is barely visible. The door let in all the noise.
