A very bad property. Honestly, it is not worth paying any money to stay at this property. 1. The room was extremely dirty and outdated. 2. The room door was broken, and there was no sense of security or safety while staying in the room. 3. The toilets and bathroom were not clean or hygienic at all. 4. There was no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. 5. The beds were not clean or hygienic. 6. There were insects and ants inside the rooms and toilets. 7. There was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the hallway leading to the rooms. 8. The coffee machine was not working. 9. The lights in the room were not working. 10. There was a fan in the room for cooling, but it was in poor condition and did not function properly. 11. After just one night, I requested to change my room because of its poor condition, but the staff did not respond to my request at all. Unfortunately, despite Milan being such a beautiful city and a major tourist destination, it is extremely disappointing to find a property in such poor condition. The overall standard of the property was far below what any guest should reasonably expect, particularly in a city like Milan

“Uno schifo assoluto! Truffa”

None of the apartment photos matched reality; the rooms were cramped and the furniture was unsafe. The cushions and bed were filthy with brown stains under the covers and on the mattress. The shelf above the bed was tilted and could fall at any moment, and one of the two wardrobe doors seemed about to drop when opened. The environment was totally unsanitary and unsafe. The property violated hygiene and safety standards: the entrance and corridor doors were left open, letting anyone in. The bathroom was in a disgusting state, towels had visible stains and dust, and a broken fan lay on the floor covered in dust and unusable. After this quick assessment we decided not to stay for obvious reasons. The management was impossible to reach even to ask for clarification about the missed stay. We will not return, highly discouraged. Compare the photos posted by the property – it’s a complete scam.

I was really pleased that there were always reminders for check‑in. The value for money is great, and the spot is perfect, just a stone’s throw from the central station and public transport. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would highly recommend it!

Wir blieben im Lift stecken, der Notausgang hat nicht funktioniert und so mussten wir um 7 Uhr morgens von der Polizei und Feuerwehr aus dem Gebäude evakuiert werden. Dabei war der Inhaber des Apartments zu keiner Zeit erreichbar und hat sich auch nie in Verbindung gesetzt
