Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We had a fantastic stay, but what really made it special was the outstanding service at the front desk. The team went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of, and that level of effort is never taken for granted. Thank you for a wonderful stay and unforgettable hospitality!

The size of the establishment, its layout, the availability and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing to add.

The staff are great, but some rooms are exposed and you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Even when we left at 4:30 am they were smiling and making coffee. Even though we stayed three people in one room, the fantastic cleaning lady kept it fresh and nice every day :)

The team was very helpful and always ready to assist, paying cute attention to detail with news updates, weather forecasts for the next day, nightly chocolates, and a fantastic breakfast spread. Palermo is a safe area with plenty to offer, though it’s a fair distance from any subway station—about a 20‑minute walk to either of the two nearest stops—so keep that in mind.
