Location. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this place! The general SMELL is offensive, suggesting uncleanliness, and I saw cockroaches on the furniture when I entered the room. The bed feels damp, lacks freshness, and the carpet is visibly stained/filthy. I could not risk staying here because of my immune system. I would appreciate a refund of $183.

The bed was very comfy. The 2 ladies at the desk didn't care about being at work
