Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Location. The shower was dirty, and there were lots of outside tractor trailers parked by the window all night. A lady who apparently lives there while her house is being built screamed outside at 4 am for her dog to come back, waking me up. I thought someone was being hurt.

Clean, friendly, very quiet, though that’s not always the case. A small thing, but a selection of coffee would be a nice touch; I know that would not mean much to most, but those of us who enjoy a dark roast would really appreciate it.

A very nice, clean, modern hotel.

The location was fine. However, I discovered a bug in my room; after much back and forth with staff, it turned out to be a tick, though they initially called it a bed bug, which caused a lot of confusion.

The location was decent. The elevator was broken for the entire stay, which was a problem for me because I have foot issues and climbing stairs was difficult; I wish we had been informed beforehand. The exhaust fan in the bathroom ran nonstop and wouldn't turn off, creating a constant noise. The toilet also ran continuously unless I kept wiggling the handle to stop it. The bathtub handle was striped, making it hard to get water into the tub—an unacceptable issue for a hotel. Taking a bath should never be a problem. Overall, I don’t think it’s fair to pay the full price for such poor service. Sincerely, Gloria Myers
