The room was spacious and spotless, yet the cramped bathroom and a shower head with a broken arm made a proper shower difficult.

The room was cozy and spotless, and Carlo's welcome was outstanding. The spot was so convenient that I could leave my car and stroll or hop on a bus with ease.

The place is perfectly situated close to everything, comfy, Wi‑Fi is excellent, the view from the Arancia room is stunning, and Carlos is incredibly attentive and friendly. I'd definitely book it again if I come back to Assis.
