The meals were excellent and the staff were wonderful, but I didn’t realize how far it was from Mitchell Falls campground; I was photographing birds early in the morning, so it felt like a very early start.

The isolation and location are beautiful, but even though the glamour tents are nice, you can hear everything from your neighbours—coughing, talking, flushing toilets, etc.

The location is beautiful, but the track into the site is as bad as any I’ve driven on.

Everything was fine, but the cooked breakfast didn’t include poached eggs because the staff weren’t confident in making them, and one staff member couldn’t really cook scrambled eggs, so the breakfast felt below par for the price.
