Marco runs this B&B and it’s one of the most charming spots I’ve seen. The bedroom is roomy and tidy, the bed is super comfy, and the bathroom with a separate shower is spotless. There’s a good selection of coffee and breakfast items stored in the fridge, plus daily juices, milk, and a fresh cornetto or panino. Marco greets you at the door and always replies quickly to any questions. The neighborhood is welcoming, with a few restaurants, gelaterias, buses, and the metro just a short walk away, and the Vatican is only a 5‑minute stroll. I’d highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I’m back in Rome! Thanks a lot, see you next time, greetings from Munich. The only drawback was the key, which was a bit tricky to open the front door, but we managed.

“The staff are nice and helpful”

The location is fantastic! The room was comfortable and even had a balcony, but the toilet had a slight odor and there was no window to let in fresh air.

Marco is very attentive and friendly, everything is super clean and the location is outstanding. I liked everything; if I had to mention something, the bed wasn’t 100 % comfortable, but it wasn’t bad either.

It’s just minutes from the Vatican, the area is quiet, the place is in good condition, comfortable, easy to access, and pleasant. Marco was very kind, kept an eye on what we needed, and helped us store our luggage before check‑in. He’s a great host, the breakfast was good, and the croissants were delicious. The room was comfortable and everything matched the pictures. Thank you for everything; we definitely recommend it highly.

The location is very close to the Vatican and the buses that take you to the city center. Perhaps a bit more variety in pastries for breakfast, but that’s just a personal opinion.
