The facilities were very nice, clean and modern, and everything functioned properly. However, the breakfast was awful—communication between the concessionaire and the inn broke down, and a single waitress had to serve an entire dining room full of hungry guests, including whole school athletic teams, causing us to wait over an hour before we could get on with our day. That was a huge let‑down, especially since the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

The location and the room were good, but the staff at Old Chicago, where we had to have breakfast, were barely polite. The hotel’s front‑desk staff had piercings covering their faces, which was not appropriate for a place of that caliber.
