“Comfortable budget hotel - rude staff”

The location was convenient, and the free shuttle to and from the airport and the main train station was useful; the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel was quieter than Manhattan, just 20 minutes by train to New York Penn. On the downside, the staff were among the rudest and most unhelpful I’ve ever met; they couldn’t even tell me where to get water, and they frequently hung up or put me on hold when I tried to order a shuttle.

The morning receptionist was polite, but I found the price high for the quality of the hotel, it’s far from New York, the room isolation is poor—any small noise can be heard from one room to another, the shower takes a long time to fill with water, and there is no hair dryer or water.

The television wasn’t working and the bed was small, and the view was disappointing.

“Great location and convenient shuttle service”

The hotel is in a great location, and the shuttle service is excellent and very convenient. However, the staff was not as friendly or helpful as expected. There was a mix-up with my room assignment, and I was woken up twice at 3:00 a.m. by another guest attempting to enter my room. Although the issue was resolved the next day with the assistance of a manager, the situation was concerning, especially since I was staying alone that night. See my message above
