The outdoor spa area was good. The staff were rude and didn’t communicate well in English.

The rooms were spotless and everything we needed was supplied. They were also more spacious than the other hotels we had stayed at before. I enjoyed the garden onsen, but I didn’t realize that only one bath was hot, so my husband and I had to rush so other guests could use it. On our second day it was very windy, so I wished we could stay in the hot onsen a bit longer. Maybe the hotel could add more hot baths to the garden onsen. I also liked the buffet, though the variety wasn’t huge, but it was enough. It’s convenient that they have the Daily Yamazaki convenience store right in front of them. We happily used the free vouchers the hotel gave us. Thank you, Morinoyu Resort. We hope to return soon. 😊
