The host was responsive; I was initially disappointed because the room I paid for was missing, but the host swapped it for a better one for me and my family, and we had a wonderful New Year. Thank you. Parking was an issue.

We were supposed to check in at 2 pm but had to wait 15 minutes for the key; I booked for 4 people but the room only had one roll of toilet paper, not enough for everyone, and the mic was broken so we couldn’t sing.
