I was blown away by how perfect the hotel was right in the heart of Hanoi’s old town – everything worked flawlessly and the staff were incredibly helpful. Stella, Willam and Jacky, along with their colleagues, made sure our stay in Hanoi felt smooth and enjoyable. The only downside was that the pool water wasn’t crystal clear.

My room was completely quiet, letting me sleep well, and it looked lovely. I appreciated the early check‑in – thanks a lot. On the downside, the breakfast had almost no vegetarian options and the tea selection was disappointingly sparse. The hotel sits rather on the outskirts, and the rooftop bar is fully exposed to the sun with almost no shaded spots. After the room was cleaned, the housekeeping team turned on all the lights even though I had them off, which felt like a blatant waste of resources.
