The internet was slow. The spa is under renovation, but that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We had to call maintenance three times, and the floor wasn’t clean.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent, though the breakfast could use some improvement.

The location was good and checking in went smoothly, but the wifi was hit‑and‑miss—different areas had different signals, and even the same room changed each day. After three days I had to complain that the room hadn't been cleaned; it was dirty with stains everywhere, and when they finally cleaned it only the linen and towels were swapped—cups weren't washed and there was no vacuuming. The restaurant was supposedly open, yet it stayed closed after breakfast, and the American Breakfast was a joke, mainly lettuce with sauce and poor overall quality. I would never stay again.

The location is good and it offers the best value, and the room was bigger than I expected, but it felt a little gloomy with insufficient lighting, especially in the hallway.
