The spot next to the M13 line and the comfy bed were great, and the breakfast was good. The bathroom was cramped, just a shower and toilet stuck together with a curtain by the bed, no wardrobe—just a bar with about six hangers, plus it was right next to the sink basin.

The bedding is good, the room layout is original with a separate toilet, soundproofing is solid, and the courtyard breakfast is enjoyable. Air conditioning is only moderately effective (poor distribution), Wi‑Fi is average, and breakfast quality varies—great products but some hot dishes are mediocre.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was solid. The place was well‑located with easy transport links and plenty of dining options nearby. The room felt small for what I paid.
