The photos of Terrazza Urania look great, but the reality was a huge let‑down. The rooms had a terrible odor that made staying there unpleasant. We were greeted by a woman who didn’t speak any English at all, which made it impossible to discuss any details of our stay. The gap between the pictures and the actual experience was so wide that we decided to leave before even spending a night and checked into another hotel instead. A very unpleasant experience, not something I would recommend.

The air conditioning was great 😆 but the coffee in the mornings was awful. It was also very hard to communicate with the host because she didn’t speak or understand English.

“Bathroom not useable”

Location was nice, hosts were nice. Bathroom broke on first night , with sewage coming up through the shower, toilet and sink, smelling awful. We had checked in at midday and gone out , returning at 10pm to find this. Host tried to fix it but not possible. Due to late hour stayed in room but had to find a local cafe to use bathroom in morning. Full refund given as could not be repaired in time. Booking . Com useless no support in finding alternative accommodation, difficultly with new booking and on going nightmare with booking .com
