Our arrival went poorly, so avoid it. The check‑in only starts at 17:30, which is already late when the reception opens, and at 18:00 the hotel is still closed even though we had paid in advance. In the afternoon I sent an email and tried to call to arrange early key pickup around 16:30, but got no response. The hotel sits on the departmental road, with a sign on the door showing a phone number if needed. Another Dutch guest was also waiting for possible opening. At 18:00 I called to express my dissatisfaction and ask for explanations. The conversation was bad because the person on the line said he couldn’t be helpful, claiming he had worked from 18:00 to midnight the previous night. I cancelled my reservation, but a week later still no positive refund. Absolutely avoid this hotel.
