Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were friendly and approachable, and the hotel was within walking distance of several tourist spots; we had a variety of breakfast options. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.

The location was close to the old quarter and shops, and the staff were attentive and kind. The room was upgraded to a front one that looked nice but felt very tired inside; everything was clean, though. Breakfast was very basic.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the bed was hard. Breakfast was okay, with limited yogurt and other options beyond the usual eastern and standard western fried fare.

The Hanoi Brilliant hotel turned out to be the ideal base for touring Hanoi, with staff who were super helpful arranging transport all through our visit and even letting us store luggage and use the facilities after check‑out for our late flight.
