My stay at the hotel was marked by exceptional service from the staff, who consistently demonstrated courtesy and politeness. However, the hotel's decision to charge extra for breakfast was a notable drawback. Overall, the staff's responsiveness and helpfulness made a significant positive impact on my experience.
