Rio Sands Vacation Rentals

“Good night sleep. Quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again.”

It felt homey and comfortable. Nothing else. It was a bit awkward to know that some guests were permanent.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be near the beach and have a delightful time staying in a w”

I loved the location and the space. I would have liked a coffee pot in the room; I asked for one and never received it. I also asked for a garbage bag for the room and didn’t get it, but those are minor things; all in all it’s all good.

“We will be going there again”

We were just a short walk from both the food stalls and the beach, which we absolutely adored, and the hotel sits right in the heart of the main cities we love; it was also surprisingly quiet. Nothing else was an issue.

“Horrible”

The area around the property feels like a nice beach spot, but the room itself was far from what the website promised – it was old, grossly dirty, and had a bad smell; everything was outdated and the prices felt like a robbery. I left immediately to find another place and am still waiting for a refund, feeling as if the place was inhabited by homeless people. Later I discovered they allow hookers to stay there and rent rooms by the hour.

The location was great, but we had requested a room in the Sands building when booking and again at check‑in online; a text confirmed we had what we wanted, yet we did not receive the requested room and were very disappointed.
