Located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko, Hot Springs Medical and SPA features an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, a spa centre with sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam, and massage. Elegant rooms offer mountain or forest views, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and private bathrooms with free toiletries. A buffet breakfast with organic options is served, and a kids club and outdoor playground are available.

The pool and the hot spring were great, but the buffet didn’t offer much fresh food.

The place is clean, the staff communicate well, there are plenty of services, and the massage specialists deserve special thanks; the mineral‑water pool is wonderful and the meals are well organized. I would suggest offering special packages for locals from Banя, Банско, and Разлог during off‑season periods when there are enough vacancies.

I was absolutely charmed by my stay at the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious! The food was excellent, varied, tasty, and fresh! The spa centre was superb, with pools and a spa zone! I will gladly return and highly recommend it!

The large indoor and outdoor pools are impressive, the spa center is superb with big saunas and lovely relaxation rooms, but there’s a problem with spa towels – you can’t leave wet towels there and must get new ones in the morning, so you have to bring wet towels back to the room and dry them, which is especially troublesome in autumn and a major drawback.
