Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The team was efficient and welcoming, great location, good value for money, but the breakfast fell short of expectations, we got stuck in the elevator right upon arrival, and the parking was bad.

The staff were very attentive to the UFG students, even offering breakfast early, and the rooms were clean and organized with excellent air conditioning; the parking was a bit tight despite being orderly.

The room was spotless, but the breakfast was weak, the coffee served was too hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no window.

The hotel’s location was good, everything was tidy, breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the parking was cramped and a car could block another, and the room’s acoustics let in a lot of hallway and street noise—minor issues for a great value work stay.
