Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel sits in a perfect location, walkable to everything we visited. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable.

The location was good for our visit, the room was spacious with good amenities, and the restaurant was fine, though I thought it was pricey.

The service was outstanding. When I ordered in room dining, the food was delivered very promptly- more promptly than any other hotel. The food was delicious. We ate with my family twice at the Rugby Grill and the food and service there was excellent as well. The room was spacious and nice. The mini bar was restocked fairly promptly. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. The fitness center was old and outdated. The equipment is old and rusty which resulted in a minor injury to my finger

The location and room amenities, including candy and drinks, were perfect, and there was nothing we disliked.
