The breakfast was simple and there were no alternatives; it’s a shame there’s no option other than sausages for those who don’t want them.
The room was tidy, the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable and the receptionist was friendly, yet the hotel sits right beside a busy highway and a gas station on the city outskirts, with trucks roaring past at night; another room on the floor was noisy with loud drinking until morning, and the TV had been removed.
Nice stuff Good water pressure (also hot water) Own balcony. Located outside Gyumri Got some problems with the door lock
Administrator was helpful and nice. Cleanness
The administrator tried to be funny, gently telling us to press the toilet button with a serious face, but the place felt like a truck stop in a terrible location, the advertised restaurant was closed, there was no drinking water, and we had to walk to a supermarket across a fast road with no pedestrian crossing; the toilet was broken, soundproofing was nonexistent, the staff were rarely present and always annoyed, handing out a single toothbrush for three of us, the lobby was dirty and dusty, the shower was awkward because you had to wade to the toilet afterward, it reeked of sewage, and the only kettle came with two filthy, pre‑revolutionary enamel mugs that we didn’t dare use. I wouldn’t recommend it at all—it’s not worth the money or the stress.
