The location was perfect for us, and the Runway café next door is worth visiting for breakfast or dinner. The hotel sits right at the end of Nan airport runway; there are very few planes (none in the evening or early morning), so it's more of an interesting sight than an issue.

The location and the newness of the area are positive. The mattress, pillow, damp smell, and dusty towels are negative, though the towels are white and not yellow.

The place is in a great spot, the room was lovely, and the staff were lovely. They even offered free transport to the airport in the morning.
