Sevan Garden Complex

The location was excellent and the place was quiet. Supermarkets nearby sold smoked fish, trout, kebabs, and fruit. The room was spacious with two windows, a large shower, and it was clean. A kettle was in the room, and there was a microwave and a fridge on the floor. Towels, slippers, and shower items were provided. We took a taxi to Lake Sevan – it was quick and cheap, cheaper than in Yerevan. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel – the location is spot‑on, the grounds feel cozy and are kept spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. The bathroom was fully stocked, and the owner was incredibly kind, always ready to lend a hand and make sure we were comfortable. The whole team was polite and attentive, so the stay felt relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.

Arriving at the property we were turned away because our reservation had been given to another guest, forcing us to find somewhere else to stay. It was frustrating to be left standing at the door with no explanation.
