The staff were friendly, but overall everything else was fine.

Not much to like. 2 lights were out when we got into the room. The bathroom door handle was very loose. The toilet was not secured to the floor very well, rocked back and forth when used. The front door was bent slightly inward, so light was shining through. The only positive was that the staff member did come and replace the light bulbs and tighten the bathroom door handle. Otherwise, it is one of the worst rooms I ever stayed in

The price was great and the place was very clean, and everything else was excellent.

The place was clean and functional, but I paid for a free breakfast that never arrived.

The bed was hard with no cushioning, and the king‑size pillows were standard size. Mold was present in the shower, sink, and toilet. They advertised breakfast but offered none, and there was no coffee machine in the room. The ice machine was broken and no repair was in sight, so no ice was available. Daily room cleaning was laughable, and I had to ask for Wi‑Fi because the information wasn’t readily given. Towels were threadbare, the freezer couldn’t be used because of ice build‑up, the hair‑dryer holder was broken, the toilet rocked and was misaligned, and the mini‑fridge door had severe rust. The room was extremely small.
