★★★★★ Amazing stay, absolute East Bali gem We stayed for 4 nights, and this place was simply amazing. The location: 10/10 The hotel & facilities: 10/10 The staff: 10+++/10 It was everything we hoped for and more. Sitting by the pool, relaxing while taking in the breathtaking views of Mt Agung, was truly special. A special mention to our driver, Suesta (I hope I’ve got the spelling right!), who was incredibly knowledgeable and made a fantastic guide throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional. I had a small accident during our trip, and the care and support they showed was absolutely outstanding. We also dined at the restaurant and were really impressed — the food was delicious, and we appreciated learning that the owners ensure produce is cleaned using filtered water. It’s those thoughtful little details that make all the difference and turn a holiday into a genuinely memorable experience. We will absolutely be back. Nothing

“Beste hotel ooit”

Without a doubt this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had – the setting is elegant and unusually quiet, clearly meant for total relaxation, the food was superb, the rooms were spacious and meticulously maintained, and the large pool offered a stunning view of the surroundings. The only regret is that we booked just one night, which in hindsight was far too short, and we left with heavy hearts.

The lodge, its location, and the volcano are amazing! This hotel is one of the best in Bali because of its unique atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The view over the rice fields, the mountain and the sunset was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the villa looked lovely. The food, however, was very weak, tasteless and dry (the breakfast was the only decent meal). The villa’s living room was full of flies, there was no hair‑dryer and no body lotion provided.

We stayed in the “Adults only area” where it was peaceful and the pool overlooking the rice paddies and volcano was gorgeous. Breakfasts were plentiful; we chose from the menu and always received a healthy “shot” plus three mini snacks. The staff were wonderful—very attentive and kind. The massages were excellent as well. After four nights we can only recommend this place.
