The mood in the bathroom was disappointing.

Being close to stores, attractions, restaurants, and St. Jacob's was convenient, and the room was very comfortable with a good bed and pillows, plenty of towels, and a beautiful large window. However, our shower didn’t work and there were water pressure problems, and the toilet seat kept wobbling. We stayed for two nights and managed.

The staff were friendly, but the residents of the hotel were not very pleasant; you could feel their dislike as you passed them. I felt unsafe walking around alone and they seemed annoyed by our presence. Kids were running everywhere, and there was no place to sit in the lobby and relax. We left about eight hours before check‑out. I wouldn’t recommend this place for solo female travelers.

“I expect better for the price”

It looked clean, but there was no lighting in the bathroom, the furniture was in bad shape, the mattress was hard, the pillows were floppy, and it was impossible to avoid stairs to reach our room.
