The room itself was fine, yet I was taken aback when the front desk demanded a copy of my e‑Visa at check‑in; even higher‑standard hotels don’t usually ask for that, and it’s mainly for immigration purposes with many nationalities exempt for stays up to 45 days. The staff may not always know this, so you could waste time or nerves explaining it. Overall, the check‑in felt unnecessarily unfriendly.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the price. It's a shame, because the hotel's location is great.

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay - the food was tasty and there was a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown - it was very noisy, and I had trouble sleeping. Still, the breakfast made up for it.
