Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We really liked the hotel, the quality of the facilities, and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the beachside location is fantastic. I have no relevant negative points to mention. It was a short stay, but the experience fully met expectations.

The location was convenient, but the check‑in wait was excessive. We arrived with a confirmed email reservation, yet the staff had nothing on their system and we had to wait almost 1 hour 30 minutes for it to be updated so we could finally check in, all while our kids were exhausted from travel and no coffee was even offered.

I liked the location—the beach is pretty with all those palm trees, but it could use more maintenance. I didn’t like the dirty sand, and the biggest issue was the many rocks in the water that make it very uncomfortable and prevent calm swimming; the hotel should warn guests about this. I saw people who didn’t know and got hurt!

The food, the beaches, and the pool were wonderful.
