The staff were very friendly, and one woman even spoke a bit of Russian. The room was huge, practically a football pitch, with clean linens that smelled nice. I didn’t use the concierge, but he was there. All the conveniences were present – a bathrobe, toiletries, a hair dryer, a kettle with tea. The minibar stocked local beer and whisky shots. Hot water hit the shower immediately and the pressure was good. Housekeeping was timely. The windows faced a quiet courtyard, so I slept well. Breakfast each morning was simple and unpretentious (omelette, sausages, toast, fruit, coffee). For the price, overall it was a good deal. During booking, there was a misunderstanding about the price. The hotel didn’t respond and I had to worry a bit before the trip, not knowing if I would be charged for the 4 nights at the rate shown in the booking. It was resolved successfully, but I wish the hotel would always be reachable.

“大変満足”

The room was very spacious, and I thought it had a shower, but it actually had a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. I was so worried about the cost that the site’s pricing was too good, so it turned out the official rate was applied, but I agreed to the charge following the site’s instructions. In the end, they understood and I’m grateful.

Nice big room with a great view and everything needed, except for a safe. Overall, the hotel turned out better than some of the reviews, so I’d come back. The printer didn’t work.

It was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast very good. The staff were a bit awkward, and the value for money was somewhat poor.
