Bed was comfy, but from the moment I arrived the lobby turned into a protest zone—ex‑staff sleeping on the floor, eating, shouting with megaphones. I sent several messages to the booking service, but got nothing back, and they left me stuck in that chaos. I couldn't even host a supplier because of the mess, and the lack of response left me pretty disappointed.

The two double beds are huge and value for money; I could fit three people without a problem. The free Wi‑Fi was a nightmare—super slow, basically unusable, and I’d give it a zero out of ten. The lobby was a bit of a shock, with former staff sprawled on the floor asking for their wages, which left a grim vibe. The area feels like a quiet residential neighborhood, and the nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk, but the MRT still gets you around.

The room was big and the breakfast buffet was decent, plus the location is close to the MTR so getting around is easy. Unfortunately the pool and sauna were closed during my stay, which was a bummer. Overall, a solid stay if you’re not looking for a full resort experience.

Only a two‑minute walk from Zhuzilin subway station exit B, the location is super convenient. There were no other issues to mention.
