I liked the room, but the staff were uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and spotless, and the location sat nicely between the beach and the Auroville community; however, the buses run on an erratic schedule, the tuktuks will charge you a lot, and the owner will try to rent you a scooter for 400 rupees a day. Breakfast is served sometime between 8:30 and 9:00 and the timing cannot be altered.

The location was great, the staff were responsive and excellent, the facilities were decent and quite convenient; nothing specific was lacking, everything was good.
